3 weeks on keto…

So, it has been three weeks now. After the first one, I have lost a few cm off of my hips and waist. But that’s all 😦. I weighed myself for the first time in over a year…never seen this number on the scale 😢
Alright but this hopefully motivates me. I haven’t been drinking enough lately and shark week is here, too. If upping my water intake won’t help, I will also avoid erithryt. Although I seem to be in ketosis all the time. Let’s hope that one of these things is the issue for not losing! Otherwise, apparently keto isn’t working for me this time.
